Game Changers from Koforidua Presby Basic ‘F’ school in the Eastern Region is concerned about hygiene in their school due to the shortage of water in their school.

According to the team the lack of potable water for hand washing makes learners prone to germs and infectious diseases. Their solution to the problem is a solar powered fog hand washing machine that requires less than two gallons of water per day (for that same school population) and provides an effective hand hygiene mechanism for learners to wash their hands.
